Satys Brings a $1.5 Million Capital Investment Project and Creates 40 High-Wage Jobs in Brevard County 

SPACE COAST, Fla. (Nov. 6, 2025) – The Economic Development Commission of Florida’s Space Coast (EDC) welcomes Satys, a world leader in aircraft and rail painting, to Florida’s Space Coast. With the memorable tagline “Satisfaction starts with Satys”, the company chose Florida’s Space Coast to expand its business development in North America through a strategic partnership with Dassault Aviation, among others.

“The glidepath to Brevard’s Aviation and Aerospace hub landed Satys, a French Industrial and International Group, at the new Dassault MRO Facility,” said Lynda Weatherman, President & CEO of the EDC of Florida’s Space Coast. ” Satys introduces its state-of-the-art paint hangars with high-tech solutions such as remote-controlled gondolas and aircraft scanning for zero-impact.  These final painting and sealing activities can be carried out for major U.S and France-Based aerospace players located on Florida’s Space Coast.”

To meet the immediate need to hire skilled talent, the EDC connected Satys to CareerSource Brevard Flagler Volusia.  In the summer of 2025, Satys began hiring and is now fully operational. In November 2025, Satys will service an entire plane – the first of many to come.

Satys joining the growing Space Coast aerospace and aviation hub further demonstrates the increased demand for high-skill certification programs and industry-specific talent.  Curt Epstein, Business Aviation Services Editor, reports: “Globally, Satys employs more than 2,600 workers, training more than 500 aeronautical painters and sealers since 2023, and by 2026 plans to recruit 200 in France alone.”
