EDC Announces FY 2021/2022 Slate of Officers

SPACE COAST, FL (October 11, 2021) – Today, the Economic Development Commission of Florida’s Space Coast (EDC) announced its slate of officers for its Fiscal Year 2021/2022 as follows:

Chair, Mr. Bart Gaetjens
Area External Affairs Manager, Florida Power & Light Company

Chair Elect, Mr. Kirk Hall
CEO/CFO, Sentry View Systems

Treasurer, Mr. Travis Proctor
CEO, Artemis, Inc.

Secretary, Ms. Linda Stout
Market President – East Central Florida, Truist

Immediate Past Chair, Ms. Julie Song
President, FL Business & Manufacturing Solutions, Inc.

Officers guide the EDC towards established strategic goals as it works on behalf of the community to create opportunities for the county, local businesses, and citizens. This group of professionals who provide valuable expertise in their fields, will enhance the EDC’s economic development efforts and represent a wide array of Space Coast industries.

“I am optimistic that 2022 will be a record-breaking year and I am thrilled to be working with a fantastic slate officers and EDC staff members,” said Gaetjens. “This next year the EDC will take the lead on having Brevard County being recognized as a community of choice. Our emphasis will be to continue to make Brevard County an even better place to work and live.”
