Company with roots in West Melbourne to create 35 new jobs.

Space Coast, FL (August 13, 2019) – The Economic Development Commission of Florida’s Space Coast (EDC) announced today that BK Technologies, Inc. will expand operations at its headquarters in West Melbourne, Florida. The company, who has maintained operations on Florida’s Space Coast for over 45 years, plans to create 35 new positions in the next two years, with an average annual wage of $73,500.

BK Technologies also operates in Lawrence, Kansas. The EDC worked diligently with BK Technologies to ensure a local expansion, which will lead to new jobs and a capital investment of $3 million.
