Space Coast, FL (December 18, 2017) – The Economic Development Commission of Florida’s Space Coast (EDC) and Eastern Florida State College (EFSC) have announced the dates for the next Manufacturing Skills Standards Council (MSSC) Certified Production Technician (CPT) Course in Brevard County.

Space Coast, FL (November 15, 2017) – Melbourne has joined the line-up of locations for Enhanced Resource Centers (ERC), one of the fastest growing contact centers in the United States. The new location on John Rodes Boulevard is anticipating bringing 400 news jobs to the Space Coast, with full employment expected by March of 2018.

This award is presented to an elected official(s) for their support in manufacturing-driven initiatives in the Florida Legislature.

Space Coast, FL (September 27, 2017) – Brevard County manufacturers rang in Manufacturing Month 2017 at the 2nd Annual State of Manufacturing event, hosted by the Economic Development Commission of Florida’s Space Coast’s (EDC) Regional Manufacturing Association (MASC). Brevard County certainly has reason to celebrate, as it is home to the highest concentration of manufacturing employment in the State, with over 500 local manufacturers representing 23,000 workers.
